Established in 2017

Founded in 2017 by Principal Randy Scholl, CCG is an engineering and construction consulting firm that focuses exclusively on preventing and resolving construction disputes. The firm is located in Annapolis, Maryland, less than 30 miles from both Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.

Our Goal

Over the past decade, our Principals have prepared and evaluated construction claims on a wide variety of projects throughout the world. We have consulted on work in the United States, Canada, Central and South America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. The projects have included building, environmental, infrastructure, industrial process, petrochemical and power with claim values that have ranged from $300,000 to in excess of $500 Million.
